EHSTRAFD - Allele Frequency Global Tracking

Description:
AFGT it is an EHSTRAFD module which allows searching for allele frequency distribution at global and regional level. STR Loci are available in AFGT if there are reported in at least ten EHSTRAFD populations. The AFGT locus list is permanently updated with each EHSTRAFD release.

Instructions:
- Locus and allele fields are mandatory.
- In allele field insert microvariant alleles with "_" instead of "." (e.g. allele 9.3 will be written 9_3).
- Keep in mind that results depend on EHSTRAFD actual status, so before you start you should check if the current release and/or populations status are convenient for your searches.
